The Soft Bicycle 360 has been designed to minimize damage to vehicles under test. Made from soft, lightweight foam, it is 30% lighter than comparable targets, reducing the potential for damage to test vehicles upon impact while still being highly durable. Its single piece frame is made from thin, rubberized material ensuring compliance during impact, while strategically placed internal reinforcement provides the necessary stiffness for stability.
The advanced wheel design, featuring soft nylon string spokes and a soft wheel rim, eliminates hard points that could damage test vehicles.
Engineered to maximize track time, the Soft Bicycle 360 features a modular design that allows for quick rebuilds and efficient repositioning. Its smooth running wheels enable the test platform to be reversed to its starting position to repeat the test, significantly improving test efficiency.
